Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will source, screen, and hire candidates to support daily operations and ensure a diverse, qualified applicant pool. The role may involve travel to Minnesota as needed and carries a salary of $56,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, resume screening, and candidate interviews
  • Draft compelling employment ads and identify external sources to attract qualified applicants
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies such as advertising campaigns, job fairs, and school partnerships
  • Analyze recruitment and retention metrics to inform management reporting
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, maintain confidential documents and employee files, and track applicant documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to establish rapport
  • Technically savvy with knowledge of social media best practices, applicant tracking systems, and Excel
  • Strong commitment to the company’s mission and values
  • Ability to interpret metrics and make appropriate recommendations
