Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, resume screening, and candidate interviews
- Draft compelling employment ads and identify external sources to attract qualified applicants
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies such as advertising campaigns, job fairs, and school partnerships
- Analyze recruitment and retention metrics to inform management reporting
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, maintain confidential documents and employee files, and track applicant documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to establish rapport
- Technically savvy with knowledge of social media best practices, applicant tracking systems, and Excel
- Strong commitment to the company’s mission and values
- Ability to interpret metrics and make appropriate recommendations
