Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter with OM Group dba Qdoba, this hybrid role is based in Keego Harbor, MI 48320. The position offers $21.00 to $25.00 per hour and a benefits package that includes dental, health, and vision insurance, plus paid time off. You will drive full-cycle recruiting across all OM Group brands, with a focus on candidate flow management and supporting new restaurant openings, all while collaborating with operations leaders to keep hiring aligned with training and opening schedules.

Responsibilities
- Manage open recruiting activity across all OM Group brands through Workstream.
- Review applicants, respond to candidate messages, and move candidates through the hiring process in a timely manner.
- Conduct initial interviews and screenings for a variety of roles across multiple brands and levels.
- Coordinate second interviews with General Managers, District Managers, Regional leaders, and Directors.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Create and post job advertisements through social media platforms and other recruiting channels.
- Identify and utilize advertising sources that produce a strong return on investment.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust sourcing strategies based on results and hiring needs.
- Develop creative ways to attract candidates for both ongoing hiring needs and hard to fill positions.
- Support hiring efforts for all New Restaurant Openings across OM Group brands.
- Assist with recruiting for all levels of NRO staffing, from hourly team members to management roles.
- Partner with operations leaders to ensure hiring timelines are aligned with training and opening schedules.
- Help build candidate pipelines in advance of upcoming openings.
- Research, schedule, and coordinate job fairs and other local hiring events.
- Represent The OM Group in the community to help generate awareness and attract candidates.
- Build recruiting momentum through local outreach efforts that support store level staffing needs.
- Work closely with GMs, DMs, Regionals, and Directors to understand staffing priorities and hiring challenges.
- Provide consistent follow up and recruiting support to ensure hiring needs are being addressed.
- Help keep recruitment efforts organized across multiple brands, markets, and openings.
