Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Field Operations at DJ's Landscape Management supports high-volume hiring across multiple regions and partners with HR and operations leaders to source, screen, and onboard candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for field and operations roles across several regions
• Collaborate with branch leadership to align on hiring needs and timelines
• Develop and sustain robust candidate pipelines
• Oversee job postings, sourcing strategies, and candidate screening processes
• Coordinate hiring decisions with leadership and provide support throughout the process
• Monitor hiring activity and assist with reporting on core metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline activity
• Keep recruiting data accurate within the ATS
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities
• Coordinate uniforms to ensure new hires are ready

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience, with preference for high-volume environments
• Experience overseeing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles or locations
• Ability to design sourcing strategies and cultivate strong candidate pipelines
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards, with Indeed preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with leaders
• Capacity to manage multiple regional priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
