Job Description
Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Field Operations at DJ's Landscape Management supports high-volume hiring across multiple regions and partners with HR and operations leaders to source, screen, and onboard candidates.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for field and operations roles across several regions
- Collaborate with branch leadership to align on hiring needs and timelines
- Develop and sustain robust candidate pipelines
- Oversee job postings, sourcing strategies, and candidate screening processes
- Coordinate hiring decisions with leadership and provide support throughout the process
- Monitor hiring activity and assist with reporting on core metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline activity
- Keep recruiting data accurate within the ATS
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities
- Coordinate uniforms to ensure new hires are ready
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience, with preference for high-volume environments
- Experience overseeing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles or locations
- Ability to design sourcing strategies and cultivate strong candidate pipelines
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards, with Indeed preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with leaders
- Capacity to manage multiple regional priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
