Job Description

TikTok USDS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Trust and Safety to lead end-to-end hiring for both high-volume operational roles and specialized safety talent, collaborating with leadership to scale pipelines across the Trust & Safety organization.

Responsibilities

  • Dual-Track Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring across Trust & Safety, balancing large-scale operations such as Content Moderators and Safety Specialists with niche technical roles including Safety Data Science, Anti-Abuse Engineering, and Policy Directors.
  • High-Volume Pipeline Optimization: Create and run scalable recruitment plans to support aggressive headcount ramps, improve top-of-funnel conversions, streamline high-volume assessments, and leverage automation to shorten time-to-fill while preserving quality.
  • Technical Sourcing and S&P/T&S Alignment: Employ advanced sourcing, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to engage passive candidates in product safety, fraud/risk operations, digital forensics, and content compliance.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Consultation: Serve as a primary talent advisor to senior Trust & Safety leaders and HR business partners, delivering market data, capacity planning guidance, and proactive solutions to unblock complex pipelines.
  • Empathetic Candidate Assessment: Implement screening processes that evaluate functional fit and alignment with TikTok's culture, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience and addressing resilience considerations for safety roles.
  • Varied Offer Architecture and Negotiation: Oversee the full offer lifecycle, navigating a range from high-volume base compensation to intricate, multi-layered senior technical offers with RSU/equity components.
  • Analytical Problem Solving: Analyze recruiting data and funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and present data-driven recommendations to hiring managers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 1+ year focused on Trust & Safety, Content Operations, Risk/Fraud, Compliance, or technical organizations.
  • Hybrid Requisition Management: Proven ability to manage a diverse mix of requisitions, executing both high-volume hiring and complex niche searches.
  • Funnel & Data Fluency: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage pipeline data, diagnostic metrics, and market benchmarks to influence senior leadership and adjust recruitment strategies.
  • Advanced Sourcing Capabilities: Expert-level proficiency with Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM databases, and niche platforms to map passive talent pools in constrained markets.

About the Team

Join the TikTok USDS Talent Acquisition team as a versatile Talent Acquisition Partner dedicated to supporting Trust & Safety operations. This role serves as the core recruiting engine for the Trust & Safety organization, balancing high-volume operational hiring with the pursuit of highly specialized technical safety talent. You will partner closely with Trust & Safety leadership to scale foundational initiatives.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position in Los Angeles, CA (onsite) is $97,470 to $165,680 per year. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Base pay constitutes part of the total package and may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
