Job Description
iDC Logistics, Inc. invites the Talent Acquisition Partner to join onsite in City of Industry, CA. This full-time role offers a competitive salary in the USD 90,000 to 115,000 range and a comprehensive benefits package. You will lead end-to-end recruiting across all levels for a fast-growing 3PL environment, partnering with hiring managers from warehouse operations to executives to build strong pipelines and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for hourly, individual contributor, managerial, and executive roles within a 3PL logistics setting.
- Talent Sourcing & Pipelining: Create innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, employee referrals, and industry networking events.
- High-Volume Hiring: Support high-volume recruitment for positions such as warehouse associates, forklift operators, coordinators, and operations leaders, while upholding quality and candidate experience standards.
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate journey from initial contact through onboarding.
- Recruiting Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers across warehouse operations, transportation, sales, freight forwarding, and corporate functions to align requirements and timelines.
- Recruitment Analytics: Monitor and report on metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
- Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to EEO, state, and local employment laws, and continuously enhance recruiting processes and tools to meet evolving needs.
- Role Intake & Profiles: Conduct in-depth role intake and create detailed position profiles with hiring managers.
- Market Research & Passive Candidates: Identify high-caliber passive candidates in logistics, supply chain, and transportation.
- Proactive Sourcing: Lead direct sourcing and relationship-building with senior executives and industry candidates.
- Executive Search Lifecycle: Manage executive searches, including compensation benchmarking, assessment, prescreen, interviews, offer negotiation, and reference checks in compliance with applicable laws.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Maintain discretion throughout sensitive searches.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple levels, preferably in logistics, supply chain, 3PL, or transportation.
- Proven ability to handle both high-volume staffing and complex executive searches with a high-touch approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency with ATS (UKG, Paycom, etc.), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, and recruitment analytics tools.
