Job Description

At Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, this onsite Talent Acquisition Manager role sits at the heart of hospitality excellence, guiding hiring strategy and development to elevate the candidate experience. You will partner closely with Hiring Managers to shape recruitment programs, ensure workforce planning aligns with hotel standards, and drive data-informed decisions across the talent function.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement forward-looking recruiting initiatives aligned with the Talent Acquisition roadmap to attract a diverse mix of active and passive candidates.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all roles, including confidential leadership positions, guiding sourcing, screening, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Utilize Workday and supplementary tools to maintain precise candidate pipelines, monitor recruiting activity, and uphold data integrity.
  • Foster durable partnerships with hiring managers, HR leaders, universities, and external vendors to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Lead multi-channel sourcing efforts across referrals, social media, job boards, networking events, and partnerships to optimize candidate flow and shorten time-to-fill.
  • Track talent acquisition metrics, provide reporting and insights, and coach the team to improve performance, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
  • Promote employer branding and uphold an exceptional candidate experience while supporting talent planning, workforce forecasting, and compliance with hiring policies and employment laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in Hotels/Hospitality preferred
  • English reading, writing, and oral proficiency required
  • Legal work authorization in the United States

Schedule & Hours
