Job Description
The onsite Sr Specialist Talent Acquisition role in Orlando, FL leads full lifecycle recruiting for Hilton Grand Vacations in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between Talent Acquisition leadership, the on‑site recruitment team, Direct Marketing leadership, Human Resources, and Learning & Development to ensure the defined recruitment process is followed.
- Identify gaps or opportunities in the process and report them to Talent Acquisition leadership.
- Execute full life cycle recruiting in a high‑volume setting from sourcing through offer.
- Manage a diverse slate of requisitions across multiple markets, including volume roles and salaried or professional positions.
- Utilize all available selection tools and maintain compliance with established processes and policies.
- Deliver an engaging candidate experience at every stage of the recruiting journey.
- Advance the recruitment process to support rapid time to fill while maintaining quality standards.
- Proactively source, network, and market job opportunities to build robust candidate pipelines.
- Serve as a consistent talent brand ambassador, highlighting Hilton Grand Vacations as an employer of choice.
- Set and execute recruiting strategies that expand passive and diverse candidate pools; cultivate employee referrals and internal pipelines.
- Foster strong partnerships with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners; provide regular updates on candidate pools, progress, and barriers to hiring targets.
- Act as a talent advisor to the business, offering market insights and recommendations to fill positions.

- Complete required company training and compliance courses; adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting or staffing, including high‑volume environments.
- Experience conducting phone or in‑person interviews.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
- Background in call center or other high‑volume recruitment settings.
- Experience in corporate recruiting for exempt roles.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Decisive under pressure with changing priorities; able to learn quickly and balance multiple tasks.
- Strong persuasion, influencing, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Independent, proactive, and resourceful with a problem‑solving mindset.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort navigating standard recruitment tools.
- Solid work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Availability to work flexible hours; some local and regional travel may be required.
- Technologies used include Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
