Sr. Recruiter, M&C

Robert Half is seeking a Sr. Recruiter, M&C to support Marketing & Creative hiring needs from our Miami, FL office. In this onsite role, you will source talent, manage candidate relationships, and help drive client placements by meeting weekly business development goals.

What You’ll Do

• Recruitment and talent sourcing: Source, evaluate, and review potential Marketing & Creative candidates using methods such as cold calls, job boards, social networking, and the internal database.
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews via video, phone, and/or in person to assess skills, work history, and salary requirements.
• Pipeline development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent to support both current and future client needs.
• Placement support: Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with professionals on marketing and creative contract assignments to support exceptional customer service.
• Customer service issue resolution: Resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain high satisfaction.
• Leads and market intelligence: Generate leads and market intelligence to strengthen new client development efforts.
• Relationship management: Maintain relationships with candidates to gather industry knowledge and identify referrals and new business opportunities.
• Business development targets: Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Marketing & Creative related field is preferred.
• Recruiting drive: A strong interest in building a recruiting career, with proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build candidate relationships.
• Performance in a fast pace: Ability to multi-task and persevere in a dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
• Motivation and results: A proven track record of success and a competitive, self-motivated approach.
