This onsite role in North Carolina operates within a collaborative Talent Acquisition Operations team. The focus is on generating offer letters, supporting the onboarding process, and managing the conversion of contingent workers to full-time employees in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate offer letters in alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines.
- Collaborate with recruiters and HR partners to ensure offer details are complete and compliant.
- Maintain standardized templates and documentation to support consistency and compliance across offer letters.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all required documentation and system entries are completed.
- Partner with the recruiter to troubleshoot onboarding issues.
- Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding tasks or documentation.
- Serve as the primary contact for the conversion of contingent workers to full-time employees.
- Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to maintain visibility and ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system and other HR platforms.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to the development of SOPs and training materials.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment laws, and data privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition operations, HR coordination, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (such as Workday or SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Associate degree or an equivalent combination of related work or military experience.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to contribute ideas and expertise.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
