Job Description

This onsite role in North Carolina operates within a collaborative Talent Acquisition Operations team. The focus is on generating offer letters, supporting the onboarding process, and managing the conversion of contingent workers to full-time employees in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate offer letters in alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and HR partners to ensure offer details are complete and compliant.
  • Maintain standardized templates and documentation to support consistency and compliance across offer letters.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all required documentation and system entries are completed.
  • Partner with the recruiter to troubleshoot onboarding issues.
  • Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding tasks or documentation.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the conversion of contingent workers to full-time employees.
  • Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to maintain visibility and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system and other HR platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to the development of SOPs and training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment laws, and data privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition operations, HR coordination, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (such as Workday or SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Associate degree or an equivalent combination of related work or military experience.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to contribute ideas and expertise.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
