Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing programs to attract the strongest legal and policy talent.
• Offer strategic guidance to business leaders on Legal and Public Policy Recruiting outcomes by delivering measurable results.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align recruiting efforts with organizational goals.
• Conduct market research and transform data into talent insights to inform hiring strategies.
• Propose recruitment ideas and strategies that support long-term company growth.
• Design and refine recruiting processes to help Amazon deliver the highest quality results to customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience at every stage of the journey.
• Lead or contribute to projects aimed at enhancing candidate generation best practices.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
• Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
• Experience in Recruiting or HR
