Skilled Recruiter

Join Dynasty Employment Solutions as a skilled recruiter focused on high-volume hiring for skilled trade talent.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for skilled trade roles, including operations, maintenance technicians, mechanics, electricians, and similar positions
• Use Indeed daily to search resumes, identify strong matches, and convert prospects into qualified leads
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline to support ongoing staffing needs
• Meet daily and weekly hiring/submission goals consistently
• Conduct phone screens that quickly assess candidate skills, technical fit, and overall alignment
• Coordinate interviews and keep clients updated at every stage
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records throughout the recruiting process

Requirements

• Must-have: Hands-on experience using Indeed to source and recruit candidates
• Proven recruiting background; staffing agency experience is a big plus
• Previous recruiting experience, ideally in skilled trades, manufacturing, or industrial staffing
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Strong instincts for screening skilled and technical candidates
• Energy and grit to keep pace in a fast-moving pipeline
• Spanish: required
• Bonus: bilingual English/Spanish
• Willingness to travel: 25% (preferred)

• Location: Commerce, CA 90040 (onsite)
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with flexible hours and occasional Saturdays as needed
• Work Location: In person

Pay

• From $25.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: 3 years
• Education: High school or equivalent
• Recruiting/Staffing Agency: 3 years (preferred)
• Skilled Trade: 3 years (preferred)
