Job Description
KAYAK is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for a 9 month fixed-term contract in Cambridge, MA. This on-site role covers the full recruitment lifecycle across Product, Design, Commercial (Sales and Partnerships), Marketing, and Engineering, with three days in the office per week from July 2026 through April 2027. The position features an hourly rate of USD 50 to 57 and a culture built on collaboration, growth, and a strong candidate experience. Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer for roles in Product, Design, Commercial, Marketing, and Engineering, including backfills and new headcount
- Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders to translate team needs into effective recruitment plans
- Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing strategies to inform decision making
- Create structured, role-specific interview plans and scorecards; promote inclusive hiring and fair evaluation across panels
- Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines to meet near-term and future needs
- Represent KAYAK authentically to candidates and ensure an outstanding experience at every stage
- Collaborate with TA teammates across time zones to foster a culture of trust, flexibility, and shared success
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including substantial in-house or client-embedded work in global or multi-site environments
- Proficiency with Ashby (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and how to run an equitable, structured hiring process
- Ability to manage your own workload and adapt when priorities shift; comfortable working independently with minimal direction
- Clear, thoughtful communication with candidates and internal teams; comfortable collaborating across time zones and with distributed colleagues
- Experience using data to track activity, identify patterns, and drive process improvements over time
