Job Description

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner leads high-impact, full-cycle recruitment across multiple business lines and serves as a trusted advisor to leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for senior, technical, and hard-to-fill roles across multiple business lines.
  • Develop and sustain passive candidate pipelines through advanced sourcing, market mapping, and professional networking.
  • Guide candidate development and ensure a high-caliber candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Provide labor market insights and hiring intelligence to inform workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
  • Lead complex offer negotiations and coordinate compensation and onboarding alignment.
  • Mentor and coach junior recruiters, sharing best practices, tools, and candidate care techniques.
  • Streamline recruitment workflows, including ATS configuration, templates, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Represent Ceres at industry events, university career fairs, and professional associations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely capture of requisition and candidate activity data in the ATS.
  • Contribute to other recruitment projects as needed by the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
  • Proven success developing and executing effective sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
  • Ability to work onsite five days per week.
  • Strong consultative relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in an inclusive, professional environment while handling sensitive information appropriately.

What to Expect

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting steady-state hiring and surge recruiting during emergency response events. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner collaborates closely with hiring leaders, operates with a high degree of autonomy, and adapts quickly as business needs shift. The role is primarily onsite in Houston, TX, with occasional travel for recruiting events or initiatives.
