Job Description

The Senior Recruiter will manage end-to-end high-volume commercial staffing on site in Atlanta, GA, collaborating with the Onsite Manager and clients to ensure productivity, high-quality candidates, and regulatory compliance, while delivering strong customer service and community engagement. The position offers a salary range of USD 60,000 to 70,000 per year and requires at least five years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and coordinating start dates.
  • Maintain high candidate quality to achieve strong fill rates, show rates, and retention.
  • Partner with department managers to identify needs, draft accurate job descriptions, and define hiring criteria.
  • Use company technology to ensure data accuracy across recruitment actions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Represent the company at community events by building relationships with local organizations and leaders.
  • Contribute to the Net Promoter Score by delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial staffing or recruiting.
  • Recent experience must be in commercial staffing.
  • Extensive experience recruiting for 3PL and light industrial roles.
  • Experience in high volume recruiting.
  • Proven track record in recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
