Sales Recruiter

Crown Equipment Corporation seeks a Sales Recruiter to oversee recruiting practices for Sales and related roles, sourcing candidates through platforms and social channels, and building strategies and pipelines that strengthen the employer brand.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruiting activities for sales and other positions in alignment with government regulations and internal policies and procedures.
• Attract and source candidates using online platforms and social networks.
• Create and post job openings on relevant job boards, universities, and technical schools.
• Evaluate applicants for suitable knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude.
• Collaborate with Branch Management, Human Resources, and fellow recruiters to shape recruiting strategies for Sales or branch roles while advancing the employer brand.
• Establish and maintain recruiting channels via the internet and social media.
• Develop talent pipelines through partnerships with sales schools, military bases, universities, and career events.
• Serve as a point of contact to promote Crown as a preferred employer of choice and build strong candidate relationships.
• Monitor open positions across the company and source qualified candidates accordingly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Salary: USD 67,300 per year.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of related experience.
• Associate degree in Automotive/Heavy Industrial Tech or Business.
• Non-degree candidates may qualify with 6+ years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED.
• Extensive travel required, exceeding 20 percent of time, plus frequent overnight stays exceeding 20 percent.
• The position requires driving a personal vehicle for company business more than 20 percent of each week (over 8 hours); an MVR check is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive/Heavy Industrial Tech, Sales, Marketing, Business, or HR Management.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with an understanding and interest in technology.
