Recruiting Manager - Finance & Accounting Permanent Placement

The Recruiting Manager for Finance and Accounting permanent placement leads client development and the placement of finance and accounting professionals into full-time roles. This onsite position in Dearborn, Michigan emphasizes delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates while engaging with local industry associations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the client base and pursue new business opportunities.
• Introduce our services to new and current clients via video, telephone, and in-person meetings to broaden service utilization.
• Recruit, evaluate, and place finance and accounting professionals in full-time roles with client organizations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.
• Engage with industry trade associations to raise the organization’s presence in the local finance and accounting community.

Requirements

• A business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting; CPA and/or MBA a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in public or industry accounting/finance or successful permanent placement recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of success with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to leverage finance and accounting experience to manage and grow the business.
