Recruiting Coordinator/Talent Acquisition (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Job Description
The position calls for a bilingual Recruiting Coordinator who can support sourcing, engagement, and onboarding of licensed agents for a life and health insurance agency. This is an in office role based in Doral, Florida, with a focus on outreach across the United States.
Summary
The role centers on building a pipeline of licensed insurance professionals, coordinating outreach campaigns, and guiding candidates through the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will manage multiple conversations, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and collaborate with agency leadership to optimize recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential licensed agents using Indeed Resume, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and state licensing databases
- Execute email and text outreach campaigns through the CRM and automation tools
- Conduct outbound calls to licensed agents to present the agency and generate interest
- Follow up with warm leads, prior applicants, and previously engaged agents
- Handle inbound inquiries from interested agents
- Assess candidates based on licensing status, experience, and production background
- Clearly communicate the agency value, compensation structure, and onboarding steps
- Schedule follow up conversations with agency leadership
- Maintain precise notes and candidate statuses within the CRM
- Track outreach volume, response rates, and progress toward weekly recruiting goals
- Assist with onboarding steps and required documentation
- Contribute to refining scripts, campaigns, and sourcing strategies
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, cold calling, telemarketing, or sales
- Strong phone presence and confidence communicating with licensed professionals
- Proficiency with digital tools including CRM systems, LinkedIn, and email/text platforms
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations
- Self motivated with the ability to meet weekly outreach targets
