Bilingual Recruiter

What you’ll do

• Drive aggressive, high-volume sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, cold outreach, and database searches to grow strong active and passive candidate pipelines.
• Run interviews and phone screens, and maintain ongoing candidate communication in both English and Spanish to support diverse client requirements.
• Partner with Account Managers and client stakeholders to match qualified candidates to open job orders, including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement.
• Handle end-to-end agency recruiting steps across the interview and hiring lifecycle: screening, interviewing, preparation, and debriefing.
• Create clear, persuasive candidate summaries, deliver shortlists to Account Managers and clients, and support offer processes including rate discussions, negotiations, and counter-offer preparation.
• Continuously build, nurture, and maintain a robust candidate database within your vertical or territory.

What you bring

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is REQUIRED (spoken and written).
• 1+ years of agency recruiting, commercial staffing, or headhunting experience is preferred (including strong sales or retail top performers aiming to move into agency staffing).
• Highly target-driven, resilient, and motivated by performance-based uncapped commission.
• Hands-on experience using job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and ZipRecruiter, plus Boolean searching.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills via phone and video in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-moving job orders in an ultra-fast-paced environment.

Compensation and schedule

• Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 40.0 per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Work location: In person (Joliet, IL)
