Bilingual Recruiter

Newrest Atlanta is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter in Atlanta, GA (onsite) to connect qualified candidates with open roles.

Responsibilities

• Develops and applies recruiting methods and strategies aligned to available roles, industry standards, and business needs
• Supports job posting and advertising activities
• Reviews applications, screens candidates, and selects qualified talent
• Coordinates interview scheduling and helps prepare interview questions and hiring/selection materials
• Participates in the interview process by attending and conducting interviews with hiring managers, directors, and other stakeholders
• Ensures hiring activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies
• Attends and contributes to college job fairs and recruiting sessions
• Performs additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and implement sourcing strategies across a range of roles
• Proactive, independent approach with initiative
• Strong time management with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices related to hiring and recruiting
• Proficient with or able to quickly learn applicant-tracking software and other recruitment systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent work experience preferred but not required)
• 1 years minimum experience
• 1–3 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process preferred
