Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
Join Dental365 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end hiring, build candidate pipelines, and coordinate recruiting activities across a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Post assigned requisitions
- Source candidates through multiple channels and make initial contact with qualified applicants
- Monitor and adjust recruiting workflows in Greenhouse while maintaining accurate, detailed notes throughout the recruiting process
- Conduct initial screenings
- Schedule interviews, organize assessments, and coordinate steps between candidates and interviewers
- Present employment offers and support offer negotiations
- Supervise early onboarding activities during initial onboarding phases
- Review current and anticipated hiring needs with Talent Directors
- Partner closely with Operations teams and ensure job posts and recruiting updates remain accurate
- Help develop talent and build a strong pipeline of future leaders
- Identify and maintain relationships with recruiting partnerships (trade programs, residencies, etc.)
- Participate in recruiting events as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in a high volume or large organization
- Prior recruiting experience in healthcare or dental is a plus
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including Greenhouse
- Microsoft applications experience is a plus
- Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and adaptable
Location and Work Model
- Bridgewater, NJ (onsite)
- 100% in-person at Bridgewater, NJ headquarters office
- Monday to Friday
Compensation
- Salary range: USD $63,000 to $80,000 per year

Education: Bachelor’s degree (accredited college or university) preferred. Experience: 2+ years recruiting experience required.
