Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Partner)
Job Description
Creative Dining Services offers a hybrid role in Zeeland, Michigan for a Talent Acquisition Partner with a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 to $78,000. This full-time position centers on proactive sourcing, building durable talent pipelines, and managing end-to-end recruitment to attract top talent for a hospitality–focused organization. You will collaborate with leaders across the business and help shape a great candidate experience while enjoying a supportive culture and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to define talent needs and provide recruiting guidance.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through tailored outreach approaches.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles and markets.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offers and background checks, ensuring a transparent, high-quality candidate experience.
- Clearly articulate role expectations, compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
- Schedule and coordinate screenings, interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions with a focus on skills and cultural fit.
- Lead offer development and communicate decisions with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor recruiting metrics such as time to fill, retention, pipeline health, and candidate experience to drive improvements and maintain compliance.
- Strengthen and promote Creative Dining Services' employer brand to stand out in the hospitality market.
- Regularly evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to align with organizational goals and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools and platforms, recruitment strategies, talent acquisition best practices, and employer branding.
- Experience with multi-site, high volume recruiting across multiple states; hospitality or foodservice recruiting is preferred.
- Solid understanding of external recruitment platform algorithms, metrics, and process optimization.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a commitment to a positive candidate experience.
- Familiarity with employment laws and hiring regulations.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
- Ability to build internal relationships across the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and 4–6 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
