Job Description

Energy Transfer Family of Partnerships offers an onsite opportunity in Dallas, TX for a Recruiter focused on technical, engineering, operations, transportation, maintenance, and safety compliance roles across pipeline operations. This role partners with internal teams to build and nurture a robust talent pipeline that supports business goals. Responsibilities

  • Develop and continually refine recruitment strategies that address the technical and operational needs of a large pipeline organization.
  • Lead targeted sourcing campaigns using advanced techniques to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer negotiations, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify skill gaps and workforce needs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain candidate databases and pipelines using Taleo, optimizing for efficiency and conversion.
  • Engage with industry associations, academic institutions, and professional networks to establish lasting talent relationships that advance diversity and inclusion.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies, industry-specific regulations, and labor laws related to safety and operational standards.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive process improvements and enhance the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Champion the employer brand by communicating the company’s vision, culture, and values to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Represent the company at recruiting events, networking functions, and industry forums to elevate market presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2-4+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a track record in technical or industrial roles.
  • Ability to work 100% on-site in the Dallas office building.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and labor market trends specific to pipeline or similar technical industries.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms; familiarity with data analytics tools for measuring recruiting effectiveness is a plus.
  • Knowledge of safety, regulatory, or compliance standards relevant to pipeline operations is desirable.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint.
