Job Description
Bilingual (Spanish and English) Recruiter at Halperns' Steak and Seafood in Grand Prairie, TX, handling full cycle recruitment in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a defined functional area, partnering with the hiring manager on new and replacement requisitions.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure adherence to company policies and applicable government requirements.
- Prepare and present offer letters to selected candidates as appropriate.
- Complete new hire administration, including issuing employee numbers and processing onboarding paperwork.
- Manage workload with process metrics and KPIs such as time to fill, quality of hire, and feedback from managers and candidates, reporting progress to leadership.
- Preserve recruitment metrics including position control, time-to-fill statistics, turnover data, and related insights.
- Clarify needs and set expectations regarding search difficulty and candidate pool.
- Analyze reports and relevant data to inform and influence leadership decisions.
- Advise hiring managers on offer parameters and negotiation considerations.
- Educate internal customers on recruiting and selection processes through ongoing guidance and periodic training.
- Post openings on multiple talent boards and sites; collaborate with the Talent Sourcing Specialist on hard-to-fill roles.
- Contribute to social media campaigns or posts as needed and develop interview guides and evaluation tools for the hiring team.
- Screen resumes and applicants using defined methods to determine candidates advancing to interviews.
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a consistent and positive experience through the ATS and related technologies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and debriefs with interview teams.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience.
- Recruiting experience: at least 2 years (required).
