Bilingual Recruiter

Supreme Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring onsite in Mesquite, TX. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining accurate candidate records, with bilingual English and Spanish communication required.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding associates.
• Onboard new associates and conduct check-ins at warehouse locations.
• Use talent acquisition platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify qualified candidates.
• Maintain precise recruitment documentation by managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and tracking candidate interactions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with those requirements.
• Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to strengthen and improve the hiring process.
• Perform cold calling to identify potential candidates and build relationships within the industry.
• Assist with developing job descriptions and recruitment materials that reflect company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to travel locally to multiple sites, including client and warehouse locations.
• Strong customer service approach and a demonstrated team-player mindset.
• Ability to evaluate candidates effectively using structured interviews and assessments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a results-focused approach.
• Mesquite, TX 75150 (required).

Work Schedule

• 8AM-5PM
• Open to starting at 6am or 7am for overtime as needed.
