Job Description

CER MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC is seeking a full-time, on-site Recruiter in Greenwood, South Carolina. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Position Summary

The Recruiter will source, screen, interview, and onboarding candidates across a variety of roles. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining a superior candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social networks, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
  • Review resumes and applications to determine candidate suitability.
  • Perform phone screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Build and sustain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Craft and publish job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Perform reference checks and employment verifications as required.
  • Extend offers and assist with negotiations with candidates.
  • Oversee pre-employment steps, onboarding, and new-hire orientation.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Cultivate solid relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Stay informed on recruiting trends, labor market conditions, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, light industrial, administrative, or professional positions is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of interviewing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment regulations.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
