Recruiter

Legacy Maintenance Services, LLC is hiring a Recruiter to support hiring in Cleveland, OH 44125. This onsite role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through interviewing and hiring, while coordinating day-to-day recruiting operations and maintaining recruitment systems.

Working closely with hiring managers, you will help define what each role needs, identify qualified talent, and ensure the hiring process is consistent, well-documented, and compliant with applicable employment requirements. You will also contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Recruitment lifecycle responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
