Recruiter

Any Hour Group is building out its Talent Acquisition team and is seeking a relationship-driven Recruiter to support hiring across the organization. In this onsite role in Lindon, UT, you will run the recruiting lifecycle end to end while working closely with hiring managers to keep candidates moving and informed.

What you’ll do

• Manage the full recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offers and hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, and hiring events.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the company applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and provide regular hiring updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades or high-volume positions is a plus.
