Recruiter

Entech Staffing Solutions is hiring a Recruiter in Troy, MI to support full-cycle, high-volume hiring for light industrial account operations. This full-time onsite role combines hands-on recruiting with candidate onboarding and ongoing roster communication, backed by a team-oriented culture and incentive potential.

You’ll help place candidates into essential roles across assembly, warehouse, machine operation, forklift driving, and general labor, while partnering closely with account managers and client supervisors to meet shifting hiring needs and schedules.

What you’ll do

• Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for light industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse positions.
• Build a strong talent pipeline using ATS platforms, job boards, social media, candidate databases, and local community outreach.
• Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate skills, background, and job fit.
• Collaborate with account managers and client supervisors to understand specific hiring needs, shift schedules, and job requirements.
• Administer pre-employment screening, including drug tests, background checks, and skill assessments, and guide candidates through onboarding documentation.
• Maintain active communication with placed employees to support retention, manage attendance, and address client feedback promptly.

What you’ll bring

• 13+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience preferred, with light industrial or high-volume staffing experience strongly desired.
• Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to fast-changing hiring volume and client requirements.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).

Compensation and benefits

$40,000.00 per year plus a commission structure and incentive opportunities.
