Field Recruiter

EmployBridge is seeking a Field Recruiter in Cheektowaga, NY (onsite) to support candidate attraction, pipeline building, and completion of required screening steps.

Responsibilities

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and effective ways to attract great people to work
• Use creative problem-solving to develop outside-the-box strategies for candidate outreach
• Apply marketing skills to strengthen job postings, social media presence, and community visibility
• Use people skills and interview techniques to identify the right candidate for open opportunities
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of candidates with a focus on supporting order fulfillment
• Conduct required screening steps, including the drug screen, background check, and completion of I-9s
• Coordinate next steps to help move candidates forward in the hiring and staffing process

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting and staffing experience
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with VMS systems is a plus (VMS systems)
• Ability to assess needs, delegate work, and provide follow up on customer orders or requests and internal team coordination
• Leadership exposure or experience is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish and English

EmployBridge offers a competitive base salary plus monthly bonus potential. The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $62,353.20 for full time colleagues.
