Recruiter

Vaughn Industries LLC is hiring an experienced Recruiter to help attract and engage talent while supporting broader marketing, HR, and training initiatives. This onsite role in Carey, OH blends recruiting outreach with facility tours, internal communication, and event coordination across multiple teams.

The position offers $60,000 to $70,000 per year and is designed for a candidate who can manage day-to-day recruiting activity while representing the company at community events. With at least 3 years of relevant experience, you will help connect qualified individuals to Vaughn through outreach, organization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team with recruiting efforts and company initiatives
• Lead facility tours for prospective employees, students, and visitors
• Assist with internal communications and employee engagement activities
• Represent Vaughn at career fairs and recruiting events
• Order, organize, and manage promotional materials
• Plan and coordinate internal and external events
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting and marketing analytics and trends
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Training to develop new ways to attract and engage talent

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, marketing, workforce development, event coordination, community outreach, or a related field
• Comfort working outside standard business hours as needed for events and recruiting activities
• Frequent local travel throughout Ohio for school visits, recruiting events, community engagement, and company activities; overnight travel is limited and varies based on business needs
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Outgoing and personable, with strong communication skills
• Organized, able to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups
• Team-oriented approach and interest in working across departments
• Eager to learn and grow
• Interest in learning about the construction industry
• Experienced in recruiting
