Recruiter

Amada Senior Care- Denver West is hiring a proactive Recruiter to support caregiver recruiting, onboarding, and hiring communications for our home care team.

Responsibilities

• Source caregiver candidates using multiple channels, including Indeed, social media efforts, external recruiting platforms, campus recruiting, and cold calling
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and ensure the hiring process includes mandatory background checks
• Complete full onboarding documents for caregivers joining Amada Senior Care
• Maintain clear communication with the office team to confirm candidate availability to work, commute, and attend orientation
• Negotiate employment contracts and support employment law compliance in talent management practices
• Facilitate and support employee orientation programs during onboarding
• When applicable, lead recruitment teams of recruiters by providing guidance on full cycle recruiting, external sourcing efforts, and succession planning initiatives

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability in caregiver recruitment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage caregiver communications while collaborating across teams
• Knowledge of social media management tools for lead generation and employer branding is highly desirable
• English (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
• Associate (Preferred)

• $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
