Senior Healthcare Recruiter

On Time Talent Solutions is hiring a Senior Healthcare Recruiter for a full-time, 100% on-site role in Golden Valley, MN. This position supports hiring for caregivers and clinical staff through full-cycle recruiting, with an emphasis on healthcare settings such as Home Care, Hospice, and Assisted Living.

Working from the Golden Valley office, you will collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to understand staffing needs, manage candidate flow from outreach through onboarding, and coordinate recruiting activities that may include occasional evening or weekend work.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding caregivers and clinical staff.
• Use structured candidate interviews to determine applicant qualifications.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals including Nurses, Therapists, Social Workers, and healthcare office staff.
• Write, edit, and post job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Support additional talent acquisition projects and hiring initiatives.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (required).
• Preferred degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior healthcare recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a staffing agency, recruiting firm, or a metrics-driven recruiting environment is highly valued.
• Ability to participate in occasional evening or weekend recruiting activities.
• Understanding of healthcare industry roles and functions.
• Outgoing, positive, team-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize responsibilities.
• Self-starter mindset with a hands-on approach to hiring.

Compensation and Work Location

• Location: Golden Valley, MN (100% on-site; in-person at the Golden Valley office)
• Pay: $50,000 - $75,000 per year (paid hourly)
