Caregiver Recruiter

Entrust Senior Care, Inc. is seeking a Caregiver Recruiter to support its onsite hiring efforts in Woodland Hills, CA. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process for caregivers, building a dependable pipeline across four counties and keeping stakeholders updated through weekly reporting.

As the primary point of contact for sourcing and screening, you will coordinate candidate outreach, interviews, and onboarding while also helping strengthen retention initiatives and partner relationships that improve candidate flow.

Responsibilities

• Source caregiver candidates through Indeed, social media, job boards, community organizations, schools, and referrals
• Write and post job ads, and respond quickly to every applicant
• Phone-screen candidates and schedule and conduct interviews
• Check references and coordinate background checks and Home Care Aide registration
• Run new-hire paperwork, orientation, and onboarding
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified caregivers for all four counties the organization serves
• Plan and attend hiring events and job fairs
• Track applicants, hires, and turnover, and report weekly on recruiting results
• Support retention programs such as caregiver recognition and referral bonuses
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing to track candidate progress and streamline hiring workflows
• Maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies and community partners to improve sourcing efforts

Requirements

• 1+ year of recruiting experience, preferably in home care, healthcare, or high-volume hiring
• Excellent phone and people skills, with a warm, professional manner
• Strong organization and follow-through, with comfort managing multiple candidates at once
• Comfort using applicant tracking systems, Indeed, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with California Home Care Aide requirements is a plus
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish, Tagalog, or Armenian are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional hiring events
