Recruiter

YQN is seeking a dedicated full-cycle Recruiter to support its HR team in Romeoville, IL. This onsite role manages hiring end to end, partnering with internal stakeholders while guiding candidates from initial sourcing through onboarding.

Role Overview

As the Recruiter, you will develop recruitment strategies, coordinate the interview process, and oversee offer and onboarding activities. The position includes ongoing candidate and process tracking to support accurate, timely hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent.
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment.
• Work with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and job requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain clear communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain precise records of recruitment activities and candidate status updates.
• Monitor industry trends and apply recruitment best practices to improve hiring effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a full-cycle recruiting capacity.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
• Professional communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Language Skills

• Professional proficiency in Chinese speaking and reading is preferred.

Salary: USD 60,000 - 80,000 per year
