Recruiter

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a bilingual contract Recruiter to join the local team for a 3-6 month assignment. This on-site role in West Palm Beach will extend to Riviera Beach, focusing on construction and skilled trades, and it centers on grassroots, community outreach rather than a traditional desk job.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner embedded with the hiring team
• Build talent pipelines through grassroots outreach efforts
• Source and recruit for construction and skilled trades roles
• Guide candidates from sourcing through interviews and onboarding
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process
• Collaborate with hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition to secure hires quickly

Requirements

• Minimum four years of recruiting experience, with a focus on construction, skilled trades, or industrial sectors
• Strong passion for grassroots recruiting and community outreach
• Clean driving record and ability to travel across the West Palm Beach and Riviera Beach area
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
• Spanish-English bilingual proficiency is required
