Responsibilities
- Utilize sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop creative strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft effective job postings.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
- Promote the company’s employer brand through social media and professional networks.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Coordinate, attend, and participate in job fairs, recruiting sessions, and special events.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
Requirements
- One year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices.
- Valid, active driver’s license required.
