Job Description

Recruiter role at Demo Plus Group, Inc. in Nashville, TN, onsite, focused on identifying and placing construction industry talent across skilled trades, field personnel, project management, and executive roles using modern sourcing strategies on LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and networking.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end-to-end recruiting plans leveraging platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, and Lever to attract top candidates.
  • Proactively source potential hires through social media management, campus outreach, and cold calling techniques.
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and craft compelling, legally compliant job descriptions.
  • Track candidate progress using applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse or Bullhorn and maintain organized recruitment records.
  • Drive employer branding efforts across social channels to enhance outreach and uphold the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Fill roles across construction functions, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Equipment Operators, Laborers, and Office Personnel.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or skilled trades.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
  • Strong sourcing abilities using social media and online recruiting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions concurrently.
  • Knowledge of construction terminology and industry roles is highly preferred.

Compensation and Location

Salary: USD 55,000 - 65,000 per year
