Real Estate Agent Recruiter

Crown Properties International is seeking a Real Estate Agent Recruiter to join its Troy, Michigan team on-site. This role centers on attracting, screening, and onboarding experienced real estate agents, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and clearly presenting the brokerage’s value to support growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively recruit experienced real estate agents through networking, events, social media, referrals, schools, and cold or warm outreach
• Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and brokerage presentations
• Clearly communicate the brokerage’s commission plans, training programs, culture, and support systems
• Build and manage a recruiting pipeline and track leads, conversations, and conversions
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new agents
• Collaborate with leadership to refine recruiting strategies and meet growth targets

Requirements

• Real estate background preferred (agent, recruiter, office manager, or sales experience)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in networking, presenting, and relationship-building
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with performance-based compensation
• Organized and able to manage multiple candidates at different stages
• Familiar with CRM systems; social media recruiting is a plus
