Provider Recruiter

Integritas Emergency Physician Services is hiring a Provider Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across its network of programs and facilities. This hybrid role is based in Carbondale, IL with remote work, including in-person requirements for candidate and facility-related needs.

You will help connect physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) with opportunities by managing outreach, interviews, site visits, and ongoing candidate pipeline activity through CRM/ATS systems and regular reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own recruitment strategies that support clinical and operational priorities.
• Partner with leadership, clinical, and business teams to address medical staffing needs across the Company.
• Develop recruitment materials and email campaigns, while keeping candidate records current.
• Conduct outreach, interviews, and site visits, building strong relationships with Provider candidates.
• Manage job postings, CRM/ATS workflows, and candidate pipelines end-to-end.
• Coordinate site visits, interview scheduling, and onboarding support for Providers.
• Deliver weekly reports and contribute to strategy, operations, and coaching meetings.
• Represent the organization at conferences and recruitment events.
• Stay current through training and webinars, including support for special events.
• Complete administrative tasks and other assigned duties while maintaining professionalism.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle physician recruiting experience, with emergency medicine preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a medical or business field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects at once and stay organized.
• Comfort working with high-volume outreach and ongoing candidate engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, job boards, and social media platforms.
• A positive, persistent, and adaptable mindset.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: USD 50,000 - 70,000 annually, depending on life experiences, work experiences, and education.
• Bonus incentive: Yes, based on bonus compensation incentive.
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to reach Providers.
