Job Description
This remote role is open to candidates who reside in Texas or Colorado and seeks to recruit legal and corporate talent across current and future firm locations. The position offers a salary of USD 80,000 to 97,500 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a remote-friendly work setup. You will collaborate with the Director of People & Culture, the Legal Talent Recruiting Manager, and the CEO to align talent strategies with firm needs, while delivering a professional and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the ATS and publish all job postings
- Source and recruit legal talent to fill current or future firm locations under leadership guidance
- Post and source for corporate talent as needed
- Serve as the primary contact for job seekers and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Develop thoughtful, professional relationships with candidates to positively represent the firm
- Recruit and source top talent in alignment with strategies from the Director of People & Culture, the Legal Talent Recruiting Manager, and the CEO
- Review applications, resumes, cover letters, and writing samples; exercise independent judgment to evaluate qualifications
- Conduct Zoom interviews, document observations, and identify candidates for further consideration
- Schedule and facilitate interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring inclusivity and compliance with labor laws
- Collaborate with People & Culture on compensation, benefits, and offer packages
- Prepare accurate offer letters and onboarding documents for selected candidates
- Support onboarding tasks for new hires in coordination with the People & Culture Coordinator and Manager
Requirements
- Reliable remote work setup with high-speed internet and a functional workstation
- Minimum two (2) years of legal recruiting experience
- Direct legal sourcing and recruitment experience for a law firm or legal recruiting agency
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing for hard-to-fill roles
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems, including Salesforce
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and Zoom
