Responsibilities

• Identify and engage CDL driver candidates via calls, Facebook, job boards, and lead generation platforms
• Screen and qualify driver applicants
• Follow up consistently with leads and applicants
• Move drivers efficiently through the hiring and onboarding process
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and communication logs
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding scheduling
• Support the achievement of weekly and monthly hiring goals

Requirements

• Previous trucking recruiting experience is required
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Clear English speaking required
• Knowledge of the CDL driver qualification process
• Experience with driver lead generation and follow-up
• Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
