HR Coordinator - Talent Acquisition and Staffing
Job Description
North Allegheny School District is seeking an HR Coordinator who specializes in talent acquisition and staffing to help shape a strong district workforce. This onsite role supports both internal and external recruiting efforts while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, contributing to a high-performing educational environment across the district. The position is based at the Central Administration Office in Pittsburgh, PA.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) or a combination of experience and education that fulfills the requirements of the role.
- Three to five years of progressive experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic communication methods and software, including the Microsoft Office Suite, Munis, or other HR data platforms.
- Child Abuse History Clearance
- PA Criminal Record Check
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance
- Mandated Reporter of Child Abuse Training
- Pre-employment Physical and TB Test to be completed by the successful candidate.
