Physician Recruiter

UCHealth Medical Group is expanding services and seeks a full-time Physician Recruiter to strengthen recruiting efforts. This onsite role includes some travel and centers on identifying high-quality, patient-centered providers.

Required Qualifications

• Recruiting experience: 2 to 3 years required.
• Healthcare recruiting: Experience preferred.
• Visa support: The position is unable to support visa candidates.

Compensation and PSLF Eligibility

• The pay range for this full-time position is $75,275 - $112,902 annually.
• Pay is dependent on the applicant’s relevant experience.
• UCHealth is a qualifying employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
• UCHealth provides employees with free assistance navigating the PSLF program.

Disability Coverage

• Employer-paid short-term disability (STD): Supplementary coverage as a supplement to Colorado FAMLI, offering up to 66.67% of base pay.
• Employer-provided long-term disability (LTD): Equals 50% of base pay, up to $17,500 per month.
• Optional LTD buy-up: You may buy up coverage to 60% or 66.7%.
