Bilingual Staffing Recruiter

InergroupInsourcingSolutions is hiring immediately for a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter based in Mesa, AZ (onsite). This role supports a staffing-focused workflow with high-volume recruiting, from sourcing and screening through onboarding, while helping match candidates to current job opportunities.

The position offers a starting salary of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, along with great benefits available. The role requires proven recruiting experience and the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including social media, on-site activities, cold calling and texting, internet job boards, and employee referrals
• Make outbound phone calls to follow up with applicants and potential candidates
• Prescreen candidates to evaluate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific openings
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess experience, personality, and cultural fit
• Manage onboarding end-to-end, including paperwork, background checks, and reference checks
• Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for a range of roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs
• Support job posting and advertisement creation to attract talent
• Keep candidate information accurate and well organized in an applicant tracking system
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients

Requirements

• Bilingual ability with communication in English and Spanish
• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or a similar role
• Comfort making high-volume outbound phone calls
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients
• Self-motivated and organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
