Healthcare Recruiter / Sales Professional

Responsibilities

• Recruit healthcare providers for hospital, clinic, and school partners.
• Place a high volume of outbound calls each day.
• Source qualified healthcare professionals using internet resources, job boards, cold calls, and referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates to support hiring decisions.
• Maintain candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads.

Requirements
