Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and place Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and allied health professionals for local and regional assignments
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines via cold calling, referrals, and outreach strategies
  • Schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, and manage candidate follow-up
  • Track and manage candidate profiles using ATS and CRM platforms
  • Maintain long-term candidate relationships, especially in travel nurse and PRN markets
  • Collaborate closely with internal staff in our Abilene, TX office

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of nurse staffing experience, ideally in a staffing agency or healthcare system
  • Experience in healthcare staffing, preferably working with nurses (RNs, LVNs) or allied health professionals
  • Strong knowledge of the allied and nurse staffing healthcare community
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High confidence with outbound recruitment tactics, including cold calling and lead generation
  • Skilled in navigating ATS/CRM software
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Must live in or near Abilene, TX, and be willing to work on-site daily
  • Bonus if you have connections with nursing schools, regional hospitals, or travel nurse networks
