Responsibilities

Source, screen, and place Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and allied health professionals for local and regional assignments
Build and maintain strong pipelines via cold calling, referrals, and outreach strategies
Schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, and manage candidate follow-up
Track and manage candidate profiles using ATS and CRM platforms
Maintain long-term candidate relationships, especially in travel nurse and PRN markets
Collaborate closely with internal staff in our Abilene, TX office

Requirements

2–4 years of nurse staffing experience, ideally in a staffing agency or healthcare system
Experience in healthcare staffing, preferably working with nurses (RNs, LVNs) or allied health professionals
Strong knowledge of the allied and nurse staffing healthcare community
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
High confidence with outbound recruitment tactics, including cold calling and lead generation
Skilled in navigating ATS/CRM software
Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Must live in or near Abilene, TX, and be willing to work on-site daily
Bonus if you have connections with nursing schools, regional hospitals, or travel nurse networks
