Job Description

This full-time, on-site Healthcare Recruiter role supports Concord Medical Group in Abilene, Texas. The position focuses on sourcing and placing Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and allied health professionals, with a particular emphasis on rural and regional nurse staffing.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate candidates for local and regional assignments across RNs, LVNs, and allied health roles.
Develop and sustain candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, referrals, and targeted strategies.
Arrange interviews, perform initial screenings, and manage follow-up communications with applicants.
Maintain candidate profiles using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
Foster long-term relationships with candidates, including those in travel nursing and PRN markets.
Collaborate closely with internal staff in the Abilene, TX office.

Requirements

2 to 4 years of nurse staffing experience, ideally within a staffing agency or healthcare system.
Experience in healthcare staffing, with a focus on nurses (RNs, LVNs) or allied health professionals.
Strong knowledge of the allied and nursing staffing communities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in outbound recruitment, including cold calling and lead generation.
Experience navigating ATS and CRM software.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
Residence in or near Abilene, Texas, with daily on-site availability.
