Healthcare Recruiter / Sales Professional

AB Staffing Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter / Sales Professional to support hospital, clinic, and school staffing partners. This onsite role combines high-volume recruiting with a sales-oriented approach to sourcing, screening, and maintaining strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.

Role Overview

You will recruit qualified healthcare providers for our hospital, clinic, and school partner network. The day-to-day focus includes proactive outbound calling, candidate sourcing through multiple channels, and ongoing candidate engagement from initial outreach through hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit healthcare providers for hospital, clinic, and school partners.
• Place a high volume of outbound calls each day.
• Source and recruit qualified professionals using internet resources, job boards, cold calling, and referrals.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Stay connected with candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or recruiting experience.
• Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter mindset.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation.
• Ability to set and surpass goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Pay Details

• Base salary: USD 41,600 - 44,000 per year
• Commission: Uncapped commission
• Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses
• Additional pay during training: Hourly pay with 1.5x overtime

Base Pay ($41,600-$44,000) + Commissions!

Direct deposit: every Friday.
