Executive Recruiter - System Talent Acquisition
Job Description
Executive Recruiter serves as a strategic talent partner to senior leadership, managing full life cycle recruiting for the organization’s most critical executive hires.
Responsibilities
- Lead full life cycle recruiting for executive-level positions
- Conduct and manage internal and external executive searches
- Develop, implement, and identify recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Consult and advise leadership on executive hiring decisions and talent strategy
- Manage end-to-end executive hiring activities, including sourcing, phone screenings, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation
- Partner with selected search vendors to monitor progress and ensure quality outcomes
- Continuously evaluate and improve executive recruiting processes and procedures
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
- Education: Associate’s degree
- Experience: 5 years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting
- Proven experience developing and implementing talent acquisition initiatives for Leadership and Executive levels
- Proven experience in Health Care Leadership and Executive Recruiting
- Experience coaching and guiding senior members of an HR organization
- Experience in project management, change management, and negotiations
- Computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and information retrieval
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally
- Proficiency with Windows-style applications, role-specific software packages, and keyboard use
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Expert knowledge of talent acquisition within the specialty, including talent acquisition policies and procedures
- General knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Knowledge of HR and talent acquisition strategy trends within the healthcare or regulated industry
- General knowledge of talent acquisition corporate governance guidelines
- Knowledge of talent acquisition compliance and reporting requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in innovative sourcing, including cold calling and professional networking
- Ability to develop and implement cost-effective strategies to obtain qualified candidates
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills

Physical and Environmental Demands
- Light Work: up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly
- No exposure to blood, body fluid, or tissue; role does not include performing or assisting in emergency care or first aid
- No occupational risk for exposure to communicable diseases
- Healthcare setting may include occupational risk for exposure to hazardous medications or hazardous waste in the environment through receipt, transport, storage, preparation, dispensing, administration, cleaning, and/or disposal of contaminated waste
