Entry Level Recruiter

Monarch Technical Search is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to support hiring efforts for the Manufacturing Sector from our office in Rolling Meadows, IL (onsite). In this role, you will help connect candidates with opportunities by building pipelines, coordinating interviews, and keeping the recruiting process organized from start to finish.

The position focuses on sourcing and recruiting through multiple channels, managing candidate records with recruiting technology, and partnering with internal teams and external contacts to align staffing needs with open roles. This is an onsite opportunity with a salary range of $40,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year.

What You’ll Do

• Source candidates through channels including social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing, and research to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Manage full cycle recruiting from job acquisition through onboarding, supporting a seamless candidate experience
• Use talent recruiting software and database systems (including Indeed and LinkedIn) to track applicant progress and maintain accurate records
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners to understand staffing needs and coordinate recruitment efforts

What You Bring

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills to engage candidates and hiring managers
• Proficiency with talent acquisition tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn talent management, plus experience using social media platforms for recruiting
• Knowledge of employment and labor law, along with HR legal compliance, employee orientation, employee evaluation, employee relations, and HR sourcing practices
• Ability to perform cold calling, lead generation, research, and support high-volume recruitment efficiently
• Familiarity with training and development concepts, including succession planning and onboarding processes
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
